YogaMukunda announces the transition to Mukunda Yoga – SOMA’s newest Yoga and Well-being Center! Location: 1250 Folsom Street, 2nd Floor. We are in between 8th and 9th Streets next door to Vega coffee and Arc Gallery.  New website under construction – In the meantime, please refer to this website for content and schedule of classes.

Mukunda Yoga offers small group classes to help create a perfect space to slowly build a strong, steady and ultimately easeful practice. You’ll be guided with  the right amount of challenge and focus on the classic 8-limbed yoga system to target the mind/body/spirit system. We specialize in private 1:1 yoga sessions and provide the perfect interruption in the office day with corporate office time blocks. Based on ancient yogic philosophy to impart holistic wellness, we aim to be that calm oasis amongst the storm of your busy week.

Marc will continue his amazing relationship as the Yoga Director at The Yoga Loft @ MX3 Fitness in the Castro. Location: 2338 Market Street, 2nd Floor.  MX3 Fitness is an awesome, SF-based LGBTQ personal training team with a clear focus on smart, sustainable results. The small group yoga studio offers weekly yoga and mobility classes and monthly workshops by a team of diverse teachers.
